SBA 504 LOAN PROGRAM The SBA 504 loan program provides financing for businesses acquiring fixed assets. Eligible projects include acquiring, constructing or expanding business real estate or buying machinery and equipment. Project size can range from $125,000 to over $5,000,000. Long term financing is available for up to 90% of the project cost with affordable fixed rates. Business Development Finance Corporation is designated as a "Premier" lender by SBA and is the largest SBA lender in the state of Arizona.
